It’s a good sturdy belt. I’m a carpenter and I have been wearing this belt daily for over a year. It’s holding up well, with a few exceptions noted. The stitching can break if you wear a tape measure often, and the dye will ruin your clothes if you sweat heavily, or if the belt gets wet. Other than that I’m pretty happy with it.

The last review is true about getting it wet and it leaving dye on your belt line. HOWEVER!!!, This is the best belt ever made. I have worn it nearly every day for 5 years and it is just getting broken in. I bought one for each of my men in my construction company for Christmas. I hope Occidental never changes. Worth every penny!

Bought my belt in 2007 and it finally broke in 2024. I’ve worn it almost everyday. It has seen me through a lot. Just dropped by to shop for a new one. It’s the best you can buy!!!
