Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery:

• All orders ship from our workshop in northern California within 1-2 working days after you place your order (unless otherwise noted on the product details page).
• We'll send you a tracking number by email once your order ships.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. * Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

International Shipping:

Please note that our pricing does not include VAT, import tariffs and customs duties. These will be collected by the courier upon delivery. Customer is responsible for these fees and any return shipping/customs charges if the delivery is refused.
