This premium 5" work belt is built for all-day comfort and support. Handcrafted in the USA from 12–14 oz. OxyRed and Black Latigo leather, it features a padded wool liner for moisture-wicking comfort, a 2" all-leather overbelt to secure tool bags, and nickel-plated steel hardware. Suspender attachment loops are included for those who carry heavier loads on the job.

The ProFORMANCE™ Tool Belt Platform introduces a new hybrid approach to tool belt support. By combining the Badger performance liner with the strength of the Occidental 2" Leather Work Belt, this system delivers improved weight distribution, mobility, and long-day comfort without sacrificing the durability Occidental is known for.

The contoured performance liner helps spread the load of a fully equipped tool belt across your hips and lower back, while the leather work belt provides the structure and stability needed to carry tools all day on the jobsite.

Built with American-made closed-cell foam padding and a Dri-Lex® moisture-wicking lining, the ProFORMANCE™ platform maintains its shape, resists compression, and helps keep heat and sweat under control during long workdays.

Designed to work seamlessly with Occidental tool bag systems and suspenders, the ProFORMANCE™ platform creates a comfortable, stable foundation for a wide range of professional tool belt setups.

The 3" wide main belt distributes the weight of tool and fastener bags evenly across the lower back and hips for lasting comfort and support. A 2" wide tongue and loop—threads through your tool bags and accessories. Crafted from premium 12–14 oz. Bridle leather, this belt is edge-stitched for long-term durability and a clean, finished look.

Built for durability and a low-profile fit, the 5002 Leather Work Belt is made from premium 12–14 oz. Bridle leather, custom tanned in the USA. Its slim 2" width is ideal for compact tool bag setups, while edge stitching and a heavy-duty roller buckle ensure long service life.

Not a replacement for the ProFORMANCE leather over-belt.

Built for performance and comfort, the 3" Padded Nylon Work Belt is a professional-grade foundation for tool carry. The 3" wide padded industrial nylon belt body provides excellent load support while remaining lightweight and flexible. A 2" heavy-duty leather tongue and loop paired with a nickel-plated steel roller buckle ensures a secure fit.

Ideal for demanding jobsites, this belt is compatible with most tool and fastener bags and works seamlessly with suspenders. Designed for tradespeople who need durability and comfort without the added weight of leather.

The Belt Liner with Sheepskin is designed to relieve you from the cutting edges and circulation problems associated with safety and tool belts. The .75"+ thick sheepskin pads provide maximum comfort. It won’t cut into your side or restrict circulation.

Sheepskin is a natural insulator, warm and comfortable in winter, and cool in summer. Wool wicks moisture away and dries quickly.

Adjustable straps secure safety and tool belts up to 3” wide. Requires 1-2” extra belt length.

Hip Buddies are high-density cushion pads that add comfort and support under a loaded tool belt. They are built light so the added padding doesn't add bulk or weight to your setup. They spread the load across your hips and help keep pouches from sliding. Hip Buddies slide onto any belt up to 3" wide and accept tool bags up to 7.5" wide, so they work with most of the pouches and bags you already carry. Sold as a pair.

These thick-pile, sheepskin lined hip pads slide onto your tool belt and sit under your tool bags. They are built from thick harness leather and lined with ¾"+ thick wool pads, with natural sheepskin for maximum comfort when you carry a full setup all day. Sold as a pair.

They are slightly lighter in weight than our full belt liner (5005), so they suit anyone who wants hip cushioning without the extra bulk.

The belt slots accept tool belts up to 3" wide. The pads add thickness between you and your belt, so the belt has to wrap a little farther around you. Plan on 1 to 2 inches of extra belt length. The hip area between the belt slots measures 10" x 6" (w x h).
