How to Size Your Occidental Leather Tool Belt
Don't use your pants waist size! Measure your belt as instructed below.
1 - The best way to get the right size is to measure the Tool Belt you currently wear exactly where you wear it and with the the work clothes you normally wear.
2 - Put the belt on where you would normally wear your tool belt and over your normal work clothes. Note which hole you use to fasten the belt.
3 - Take the belt off, lay it flat and measure from the end of the buckle to the hole you used.
That measurement is your belt size. Compare your measurement to our size chart below.
Tips:
✓ If you don’t have a tool belt, borrow one from a coworker (or you can use a cloth tape measure or length of rope).
✓ If you're between sizes, size up for the best fit.
✓ Do not use your pants waist size!!
✓ Remember, you wear your rig over your pants, regular belt, shirt, hoodie, etc. Size your belt for your work habits.
Our belts are designed to buckle at the midpoint hole, allowing 4" of adjustment in either direction for a secure and customizable fit.

Why not use pant size?
- Pants are made with materials that stretch to fit you. Our belts will form to you over time but are not "stretchy".
- Clothing sizes vary, so a 36” skinny jean fits differently from a 36” relaxed fit.
- Tool Belts are worn over your clothing; pants, regular belt, shirt, hoodie, etc.
- Tool belts usually need to be 3”-7” larger than your waist size, depending on how you wear them.

Please note that our pricing does not include VAT, import tariffs and customs duties. These will be collected by the courier upon delivery. Customer is responsible for these fees and any return shipping/customs charges if the delivery is refused.
We're happy to accept returns on new, unused, and resalable items. Please try on your belt at home, before wearing it to the jobsite. We cannot accept returns on used, worn or tool scuffed products.
- Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, along with a valid RGA (Returned Goods Authorization).
- Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Occidental is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges (unless it was our goof-up).
- Refunds can only be made back to the original form of payment on the order.
- A $25 restocking charge may be imposed on certain returns.

Sturdiest leather tool belt I’ve ever put on! Rugged and amazing quality. The stitching is fantastic.
Horrible.
The tool pouch: the tape measure holder blocks access to the pencil slots. The two smaller outside pouches are too small to get your hand into. The tool holders inside aren’t even big enough for a pair of side cutters.
The main fastener pouch is barely accessible if you put a speed square in between the main and secondary pouch. It makes the opening skinny and barely wide enough for your hand.
The belt is too small. I followed the belt sizing instructions and it is wrong.
I do not recommend. Waste of money because they don’t do returns if you wear it one day.

Very cool. So much extra space in there.
Talk about pimp, this is not only one of the best looking color options. But the quality is top of the line, just as it has been for years. I originally purchased this as a gift for a friend, but after seeing it in person, I almost kept it for myself! The craftsmanship, finish, and overall appearance exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended—10/10.

Comfortable and convenient
I purchased the camo framer tool belt and have to say this is more Occidental PERFECTION. I got this set up because I am replacing my Fat Lip tool belt with suspenders. The fatlip belt is awesome but now that I’m getting older it’s a little heavy so I wanted to go lighter. I added the hip pads to tha camo framer belt and put in a 10 hour day and hardly knew I had it on. I have a a few different Occidental tool belts over the years and really like this one, and does everyone on the job site! I got my first Occidental tool belt in 1983 and been rocking Occidental ever since. I have passed the old ones down to my kids and they say it’s the only brand they will wear. Occidental is by far second to none. The came is really cool also. The design is what sold me on Occidental. I’m 65 years young now so this very well could be my last tool belt but know that I brag the Occidental brand whenever someone asks me about my tool belt. Occidental is 100% Quality.

Definite game changer going from the top of the line store bought belts to the real deal Occidentals! The price is well worth it and I’m happy to pay for the investment into my body as a young framer for the long run, and I will definitely be in Occidental until I retire from here on out!
