Nylon Gear Care - Keep your nylon tool gear in top shape.Brush off jobsite grit daily, and wipe down with a damp cloth as needed, and let it air dry.Occasionally shake out debris from the inside.Avoid prolonged sun exposure and heavy chemical cleaners.For stubborn grime, use mild soap and water.Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.Abrasions or small tear repair - Nylon components on tool bags—like webbing or trim—are tough but not indestructible. If you notice any abrasions or small tears, it's important to act early before they spread and worsen.Use a nylon repair tape or fabric patch (such as Tenacious Tape or Gear Aid) to seal the area. Super Glue will do the trick in a pinch on small areas.Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the patch.For added strength, you can stitch over the damaged area with heavy-duty thread.* Catching minor damage early can prevent it from becoming irreparable, especially in high-stress areas like seams, corners, or straps.* Nylon Tool Bag Repair Policy -Occidental Leather does not offer repairs on nylon tool bags due to the structural limitations of woven synthetic fibers. The ProFORMANCE™ OxyLights Tool Belt Setup pairs our ProFORMANCE™ belt platform with our proven OxyLights™ bag system for lightweight performance, dependable support, and professional tool organization.

The ProFORMANCE™ belt combines a contoured padded liner with our classic 2" Extra Heavy Duty Work Belt made from premium USA-tanned bridle leather. The liner features a Dri-Lex® moisture-managing interior, durable 1000D Cordura® nylon exterior, and American-made closed-cell foam padding that maintains support without compressing over time.

Our OxyLights™ bags combine industrial nylon with trademark OxyRed™ leather reinforcement at key wear points. The leather also forms our NoSpill™ tool holder system, keeping tools secure while maintaining a lighter carry than all-leather setups.

This framing configuration includes a hammer holder, a tape holder and plenty of efficient organization for framing and general carpentry.
